Higher Education Residency Requirements
I was able to introduce my bill that makes it easier for Utah Military families to access the instate tuition to which they are entitled – especially if their military assignment has taken them out of the state for the past few years.
Here are pictures and a video of the Lt. Col Liechty and Lt. Liechty who are from Senate District 15 but currently serving in Afganistan. They explain the challenge that their family members have had registering in our system of Higher Ed.
